Standard dispatch time is 1-2 working days.
Made to order cards 1-3 working days.

Customers will be notified of any unforeseen delays.
All orders are posted using Royal Mail.

All orders are sent in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on size.
Our gift box service means our jewellery can be sent in a stylish black gift box.
If your billing, PayPal or delivery addresses vary, the item will be posted to the delivery address unless we are told otherwise by the buyer.

Refunds and Returns
We provide refunds and accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged/lost in transit. We will require photo proof of any damages before a refund can be processed. Only the price of the items purchased will be refunded, postal charges will not be refunded. Postal costs for your returns will be reimbursed.
We accept returns for items you decide you no longer want or need excluding custom or personalised orders. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Only the price of the items purchased will be refunded, postal charges will not be refunded. Postage costs for these returns will not be reimbursed.
Returns will not be accepted unless authorised. A returns number will be provided to include with your item.
