Refund policy
We provide refunds and accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged/lost in transit. We will require photo proof of any damages before a refund can be processed.
We accept returns for items you decide you no longer want or need excluding custom or personalised orders. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Postage costs incurred by the buyer for these returns will not be reimbursed.
Returns will not be accepted unless authorised.
